Chief Strategist: Monica Cost is a communications strategist, brand manager, respected speaker and author The Things I Used to do to Sneeze!: How to live an authentic life with awesome sensations. She has over 15 years of brand development and communications experience. Her attention to detail, vision and ability to execute in the areas of operations, communications, branding and project management over the last 15 years, has enabled her to work with the likes of Kevon Edmonds, solo artist and lead singer of R&B group After 7, actress Meagan Good, vocalist Kathy Sledge (of Sister Sledge), NeNe Leakes of Housewives of Atlanta; corporations such as Prudential, Reebok, The TJX Companies, John Hancock, State Street Corporation; and nonprofits such as The Trumpet Foundation (The Trumpet Awards) The Partnership, Inc., Boston College High School, the Urban League, the One Family Campaign, among others.

Prior to running Evidently Assured full time, Monica was a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. (C&W), a global commercial real estate firm. She was the first Black broker in the New England Area of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. and the first Black female to hold this position for a major real estate firm in Massachusetts. Before transitioning into Brokerage, Monica served as the New England Area Operations Manager for C&W; the first person of color to hold this strategic role.
She was awarded the prestigious 40 Under 40 Award by the Boston Business Journal in 2008 and has been recognized in the Boston Herald as one of "The Hub's Future Leaders", in the Boston Globe for her appointment to Brokerage at C&W, in Women's Business Boston for being an emerging leader and awarded the Girl Scouts' Leading Woman Award. In addition, she was recently interviewed and featured in The History Makers project.
Monica currently serves as the President of The Partnership's Alumni Organization and on the Board of Directors Salem State University, The Partnership and The Efficacy Institute.
In her leisure time she enjoy time of self reflection, reading, watching movies, traveling, shopping, meeting new people, gathering with friends and mentoring.
